Return and Refund Policy

At Keep More or Less Inc, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our subscription services. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled.

14-Day Free Trial

For Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions, we offer a 14-day free trial period from the day you sign up. During this period, you have the opportunity to explore and evaluate our services without any charges. Your payment information will be collected during the sign-up process, but you will not be billed until the end of the 14-day trial period.

Refund Eligibility

Generally, Keep More or Less Inc does not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, we understand that there may be special circumstances that warrant consideration. In such cases, refunds will only be issued for the subscription fees paid within the last 30 days. Please note that annual subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.

Monthly Subscriptions

For Monthly Subscriptions, if a refund is requested, the refund amount will cover the subscription fees paid within the last 30 days. We do not prorate monthly subscriptions, so refunds will not include amounts for any unused portion of the month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the entire year. Once paid, annual subscription fees are non-refundable and non-prorated. We do not offer refunds for annual subscriptions.

Products Purchased Outside of Monthly Subscription

Any products purchased outside of the monthly subscription are subject to a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We will process the refund promptly.


Please note that services purchased from Keep More or Less Inc are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. When you cancel, your account will remain active and have access to our services through the end of the current paid subscription term. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining term of your subscription.

Refunds for Free Trial Period

The 30-day refund window also includes any free trial time provided. If you request a refund during this period, it will cover the subscription fees paid within the last 30 days, including any fees that may have become due after the free trial ended.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases or for extenuating circumstances not covered by our standard refund policy, you may request a refund by emailing us at [email protected]. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund is warranted.

Please allow us reasonable time to process refund requests. Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.
